This week at the United Nations International Maritime Organization (IMO), Seas At Risk has been participating in the climate negotiations taking place within the Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC79). The Clean Arctic Alliance (Seas At Risk and 19 other NGOs) has produced a series of infographics to explain the key climate threats to the Arctic, ranging from rapid warming and extreme temperatures to cascading effects to the scrubbers that turn air pollution into marine pollution.
