Seas At Risk, together with other Members of the Rethink Plastic alliance and of the Break Free From Plastic movement, have assessed the progress made across Europe as the transposition period comes to an end. The assessment looked at the measures adopted by countries to transpose the main requirements under the Directive and its level of ambition. This assessment covers 28 countries, all EU Member States and Norway.
