Retorna, a Spanish NGO and a member of Seas At Risk, is committed to fight marine litter. It encourages local governments to adopt deposit return schemes as a way to collect the millions of plastic bottles Spaniards consumed every day.
In cooperation with Nikotxan, Retorna published a video to raise awareness on the marine litter problem. This is the second episode of ‘Return to the Future’, a YouTube Webseries. Antonio, the grandfather and Martin, his grandson, are back on their time travels to discover, with their sense of humor, how to return bottles and cans to the store. They show how this simple habit can avoid a large portion of litter reaching the sea.
