The third round of negotiations on an international, legally binding treaty on plastic pollution (INC-3) is kicking off 13 November in Nairobi, Kenya. Seas At Risk and other society organisations are mobilising to call for an ambitious position from the European Union to lead negotiations with three critical pillars: reducing plastic production, harmonising EU policy with global treaty, and creating funds to support implementing the treaty measures.
